Online Lessons / Covid-19

Online Lessons and Lessons in person during Covid-19

During the period of the Covid-19 pandemic, Perform For Life will follow government guidelines.

If it is permitted and safe to do so, we will continue to offer both online lessons and lessons in person, depending on Students’ preferences / circumstances, etc.

Even if lessons in person are permitted, we encourage everyone to go with what they feel is right for them, and will support our students’ decisions about which environment they would like to continue lessons in, at the present time.

Lessons Online

We’re currently offering online lessons to any students who wish to continue their learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and are happy to do so remotely.

As with our private lessons and those in schools, these will be tailored to the student(s) to ensure they’ll continue to be engaged and challenged. The lessons will also be carefully planned to suit the online format, making the best use of technology in creative and innovative ways!

Our Tutors are now very used to working via Zoom (our chosen online platform) and its technical ins and outs, thanks to many of our students wishing to continue lessons at this time.

Speech and Drama (including Acting, Public Speaking, Verse & Prose and Reading for Performance) and Singing tuition are particularly accessible in this environment.

If you’d like to take part in our online lessons, or learn about what we can offer in Perform For Life lessons, please take a look at our About Us and About You pages.

Lessons in person

If either your school or you and your parent / guardian have chosen to go ahead with lessons in person, we will be in touch with our Covid-19 Infection Control Policy, and to discuss arrangements for lessons. These will be planned specifically to ensure social distancing, along with various other steps which will be detailed in the Policy.

You can get in contact with any questions via our Contact page.
